My coaching philosophy is built on a decade of experience within the professional Italian football system. I developed as a player in the Elite Youth Academy of Novara Calcio (Serie B), where I was trained under the highest professional standards in one of Europe’s most competitive environments.Following my time at Novara, I spent several seasons competing at a high level in Italian Semi-Professional leagues gaining invaluable experience in the physical and mental demands of senior competitive football.Having transitioned from player to coach, I now dedicate my life to passing on these 'Pro-level' insights to young players. I don't just teach the game; I teach the mindset, the positioning, and the technique required to reach the top.
